What you enter and where it goes
- Home address. Sent to our server to look up the public property record, home value and recent nearby sales from ATTOM Data Solutions. We keep lookup results for up to 30 days so repeat lookups are faster. We do not link them to your name.
- Name, email and phone. Stay in your browser. We do not send them to our server or to any lender. They go into your application packet, which is copied only when you choose a lender, and you decide where to paste it.
- Mortgage, credit score estimate and renovations. Stay in your browser and are used only for the calculations on the page.
- Location (ZIP). Saved in a cookie on your device for 180 days so we can show nearby lenders. You can change it anytime from the location button.
What we keep on our server
Cached property and sales records for the addresses looked up, and a daily count of lookups per visitor so the service isn't abused. That count is keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, and expires after two days.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, we don't pull your credit, and we don't share your details with lenders. Lenders only get what you give them when you apply on their site.

Reno Worth It is not a lender. Home values, HELOC amounts and rates shown are estimates, not appraisals or offers of credit.
